Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the purchase of products through https://cammobeldescanso.com. By placing an order, you declare that you are of legal age and accept these terms. We recommend reading and saving them before buying.

2. Products

We sell mattresses, bases, storage beds, headboards, pillows and sleep products from the Sonpura brand. We do our best to make the photographs and descriptions as accurate as possible. Small differences in colour or texture compared to the image may occur and do not imply any lack of conformity of the product.

3. Prices

  • All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT.
  • The sale price includes home delivery within mainland Spain, except as noted in the Delivery section.
  • The seller reserves the right to change prices, but the price in force at the time of ordering will always apply.

4. Purchase process

  1. Choose the product and size, and add it to your cart.
  2. Review your cart and click checkout.
  3. Enter your delivery and billing details.
  4. Choose your payment method and confirm the order.
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

Order confirmation does not imply final acceptance if an obvious error in price or availability is detected; in that case we'll let you know and you can cancel at no cost.

5. Payment methods

You can currently pay by credit or debit card, through Stripe's secure gateway.

6. Delivery and timeframes

  • Orders are sent directly from the manufacturer (Sonpura) to the address you provide.
  • The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from order confirmation.
  • Areas not covered by the standard rate: standard delivery doesn't reach Soria, Ibiza, Menorca, Formentera, the Canary Islands, Andorra, Valle de Arán, Pallars Sobirá and Alta Ribagorça. For orders to these areas, contact us before buying to confirm availability and any costs.

7. Right of withdrawal and 100-night trial

7.1. Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without needing to give a reason, under the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

To exercise it, let us know within that period by emailing info@cammobeldescanso.com. Once exercised, you must return the product and we'll refund the payments received in accordance with the law.

Note: for hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been unsealed and used after delivery may be excluded from this right (article 103 of the TRLGDCU). In any case, our 100-night trial commitment (section 7.2) gives you broader cover.

7.2. 100-night trial (CAM-MOBEL Descanso commercial policy)

In addition to the legal right above, we offer our customers a 100-night trial when buying mattresses, so you can check at home whether the mattress is right for you.

Trial conditions:

  • You need to sleep on the mattress for a . Your body needs that time to adjust to a new mattress, and we want you to give it a fair go. before requesting a return. The body needs time to adjust to a new mattress, and 30 nights is a reasonable amount of time to judge it fairly.
  • After those 30 nights and before 100 have passed since delivery, you can request a return by emailing info@cammobeldescanso.com.

  • The mattress must be in acceptable hygienic condition (no stains or damage beyond normal use).
  • The 100-night trial applies to mattresses. The rest of the products (bases, headboards, pillows) are governed by the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.

This trial policy is a commercial commitment from CAM-MOBEL Descanso and does not replace the legal right of withdrawal.

8. Warranties

  • Legal warranty of conformity: all products come with the legal warranty of 3 years from delivery, as provided by Spanish consumer law. If the product does not conform, you have the right to its repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract under the legal terms.
  • Manufacturer's warranty: Sonpura offers an additional commercial warranty of 5 years when buying a mattress and base of the same size, on the terms set by the manufacturer itself.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In relations with consumers, the jurisdiction that consumer law establishes in favour of the consumer shall apply.
