2. What data we collect

We process the data you provide us and the data generated when using the site:

• Purchase data: first and last name, delivery and billing address, phone, email and the data needed to process and deliver the order.
• Payment data: card payments are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. We do not store your full card details in our systems.
• Account data: if you create a customer account, your username, email and password (the latter encrypted).
• Contact form data: whatever you include when writing to us (name, email, message).
• Browsing data: technical and usage information collected through cookies and analytics tools (see the Cookies section).

3. What we use your data for and legal basis

• Process, ship and manage your order: performance of the sales contract.
• Manage your customer account: performance of the contract and your consent.
• Respond to your queries via the form or email: your consent and legitimate interest.
• Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer): compliance with a legal obligation.
• Send commercial communications, only if you authorise it: your consent.
• Analyse site usage to improve it: your consent (analytics cookies).

4. Who we share your data with

In order to provide the service, your data may be shared with:

• The manufacturer and logistics provider (Sonpura / Colchones Sonpura S.L.). We work with direct dispatch from the supplier, so we provide them the necessary data (name, address and phone) so they can prepare and deliver your order to your home.
• Stripe, as the payment gateway provider, to process the charge.
• Hostinger, as the web hosting provider.
• Technology providers that provide us with analytics and site operation services (for example, Google tools).
• Public authorities and bodies, when there is a legal obligation.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes other than those described.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above (for example, Stripe or Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms).

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as our relationship with you lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (for example, tax and commercial law requires invoices to be kept for several years). When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed.
