How to choose your mattress
Based on how you sleep
On your side, you want some give at the shoulder and hip. On your back or front, something firmer is better. A medium firmness like this covers both.
Based on your weight
The more you weigh, the firmer you want so you don't sink in. Micro pocket springs adapt point by point, so they cope well with almost any build.
If two of you share the bed
The most annoying thing is feeling the other person move. Each spring is pocketed and works on its own, so movement on one side doesn't carry to the other.
